I’m not the biggest fan of yogurt, but its good for you and can also be tasty. So when my blog spark contacted me to try out the new Yoplait Thick & Creamy yogurt, i jumped on it. yoplait is the only brand I’ll eat!
I tried the Strawberry flavor and it was absolutely delicious. Yoplait has many different varieties including Light, Whips, Light Thick & Creamy, Yo-Plus and Thick & Creamy. They have over 23 different flavors, and are good for eating anytime. I give it to my kids as a snack.
Each serving of Yoplait contains calcium AND vitamin D, both needed strong bones! it has 15 grams of fat, which means eat it while you exercise! J/K ! it’s a good source of calcium and protein.

I don’t eat yogurt, but my daughters love it. It is one of the few healthy things my tween likes & my youngest just started eating it. They love a ton of flavors, but I think a favorite will always be strawberry banana!
