I don’t really cook around the holidays, we usually go to our family’s house. This year i’m doing everything myself and we are having dinner here. I’m searching for holiday recipes to help me, since I am not a great cook.
Mom Central recently introduced me to a great holiday recipe, the Ultimate Party Meatballs recipe. It’s very simple with three ingredients and can be cooked on the stove or in a slowcooker.
The recipe is…
- 1 14-ounce can Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce
- 1 12-ounce bottle Heinz Chili Sauce
- 1 2-pound bag frozen, pre-cooked, cocktail-size meatballs
Combine sauces in a large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth. Add meatballs. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally.
With Slow cooker: Place meatballs in a slow cooker. Combine sauces and pour over meatballs. Cover and cook 4 hours on HIGH.
Makes about 30 appetizer servings

***I was really nervous to try this, because I am such a picky eater. They were really delicious though. We used them for dinner and made meatball subs. You can bet we will be making this recipe more.
