For every Plush animal purchased a tree will be planted in your child’s name by the Arbor foundation, and you can even print a certificate for them. The Plush animals and book are both made from eco-friendly material, and a portion of every purchase will go to the environmental Media Association.
**** I received Yew Yew the panda and a book. I have to say that the book really explains how littering and being wasteful can hurt the enviroment. My children actually understood what the story was saying, and how to help the enviroment. The story is about a old tree who is dying because of the polluted river flowing next to her. She has one pinecone and a slimy creature comes and takes it away, which gives no chance of the trees survival. The tree reaches it branches out and bring back animal friends who all become Greenzys. The track down the creature who stole the pinecone, while cleaning the Earth. The Tree thrives once again, and the Greenzys even help plant her seeds.
Retail: Greenzys book is $17.99, and plush toys are $29.99 at www.fao.com
