***My kids have started liking Garfield since my husband introduced them to the comic strip. This dvd is full of funny episodes like talking pasts, and lying cats. None of these episodes are new though we have seen them all through Netflix Streaming. My kids favorite episode has to be Pasta Wars. It’s Garfields birthday and Jon has forgot to make him a birthday lasagne. When he finally does he does not make enough. Garfield starts dreaming about talking lasagne and becomes afraid to eat anymore. We enjoyed thjis dvd

It was important to create how Rapunzel would create, not how I would create, so I had to try a variety of different things that would express her world.”

Marc Chagall inspires me for his use of color, the great illustrator Charlie Harper inspires me for how to organize objects, and my Dad (Legendary Disney artist, Glen Keane) who always pushes me to really think about what I am creating and why.”

In the movie Tangled, Mother Gothel locks Rapunzel up in a tower to protect her from the dangerous outside world.  Thinking about it, how many times as a child did your parents tell you to trust their judgement or that they know better so don’t do it?
 
Growing up there were tons of times I didn’t listen to what my parents said.

We love the Hub, they play classics I grew up with and new ones my kids love.  They have unveiled their new line up for the upcoming year.

New series for the 2011-2012 year.

The Aquabats Super Show-From the creators of “Yo Gabba Gabba” comes this quirky comedy adventure show featuring the popular rock band The Aquabats. A hybrid of concert footage, live-action skits and animation, the Aquabats battle evil with music and superhero powers unlike any seen before. The Aquabats are a touring band with five albums currently released.

Blythe Loves Littlest pet Shop-Inspired by the beloved “Littlest Pet Shop” brand, Blythe moves to the city and discovers that her new apartment is where her neighbors’ pets come to play when their owners are away. In this animated series, Blythe befriends the pets and introduces them to a world of adventures just outside their door.

Clue-Inspired by the iconic family game brand, this live-action series features six teens who are brought together when they believe they’ve witnessed a terrible crime. As a team, they discover conspiracy theories and cover-ups dating back centuries! They must work together to solve one mystery, only to realize that they may have opened a Pandora’s Box.

Help The March Of Dimes Through Facebook

You can Help the March Of Dimes just by posting a badge on your facebook wall.

Every March for the past ten years, Hess has sponsored an in-store fundraising campaign to raise awareness and donations to help the March of Dimes give babies a healthy start. This year through its Hess Express Facebook page, Hess will donate $1 for each fan who shares the March of Dimes badge on their own Facebook page, with a $25,000 donation goal for this online campaign component.  This is in addition to the in-store Hess fundraising effort, which runs through the end of March.

Special K cereal bars are a delicious in between meals snack with 90 calories and 3 grams of fiber.  

These are the perfect snack for any one trying to watch their weight, like me. They have even added two new flavors that taste just like dessert, raspberry cheesecake and Chocolate Chip cookie. I have to say that I’ve tried both thanks to Kellogg’s and they are so good.  I don’t have to feel guilty about having dessert.  The chocolate chip cookie tastes just like a cookie and raspberry cheesecake is my favorite.
