Bed Bugs have become a very big problem all over the United States, here in New York last year there were 12, 768 complaints in NYC and had to close public schools as well as the Time building and even Empire State Building.  Here in Long Island I haven’t heard to many cases, but my local town library had them.

The 10 most  bed bug infested cities are:

  • New York, NY
  • Philadelphia, PA
  • Detroit, MI
  • Cincinnati, OH
  • Chicago, IL
  • Denver, CO
  • Columbus, OH
  • Dayton, OH
  • Washington, D.C.
  • Los Angeles, CA

Bed bug outbreaks are widespread, and getting rid of them can be tuff and very exspensive. They now have a over the counter product you can buy to help protect you from Bed bugs. Stop Bugging Me!

Most bed bug products have either been rebranded to cash in on teh bed bug craze or are harmful to humans and pets.  Stop Bugging Me! is a completely natural, green treatment that is safe for the entire family-including pets-and is laboratory testedand proven to eliminate and prevent bed bugs and their eggs on contact.  Just spray on bed bug infested areas and you will be protected for 2 weeks.

*** I do not have bed bugs but I know someone who does and I gave this product to them. They sprayed and the bedbugs unfortunately were still there. They were not in the mattress though, they were in the headboard. they sprayed the headboard and saw a few die, but the best solution was to remove the headboard. They sprayed all areas around the room closet, dresser and haven’t had a problem since.

They sizes are a 12oz bottle or the travel size 3 oz, which is good for those Hotels that don’t advertise they have bed bugs.  When they arrived they leaked in the box, so if you travel be sure to keep it in a secure place and wrapped up.

This product can be purchased at select retailers for $19.99 for a 12 oz bottle.

  1. Bed bugs freak me out, I dont know why they just do. Here in Iowa we just had some confirmed in a town an hour away, so I am sure they will be here soon. So many people moving around from the larger cities… and I have seen programs on TV about them.
