It seems like every grocery store I go to, I always find food that is expired or the sell y date had passed. The employees at Waldbaums always tell me that I have a good eye. If I see something expired I say something, even though the employees look annoyed I think it’s gross.
The main thing that I find that is expired is lunchmeat and it always seems to be the one on sale. It really upset me this past time, because I found 17 tubs of lunch meat that had expired a week before hand. I think stores need to be better about getting things on clearance before they expire, It’s so wasteful.

I usually don’t think about checking the dates at the store, except for the milk and eggs. I constantly checking dates on our food, though. We have a bad habit at my house about buying food, then getting take out instead. Next thing I know, our food is expired.
