Power A Bright Future With Clorox

School is only 9 days away, and I have been buying back to school supplies. Every year it seems like the school supply lists get bigger, due to budget limitations.  It makes it really hard to get everything you need and help donate to the school.

Clorox is sponsoring Power A Bright Future once again this year. Nominate a new or existing K-12 school program by visiting www.PowerABrightFuture.com, choosing the category that best represents your idea (Play, Create or Explore), uploading a photo and submitting a short summary of how the grant would make a difference.

Disclosure: No compensation was received for this post.

  1. Here is something fun for your local readers to do with their kids to celebrate heading back to school! If your kids are like mine, they LOVE Sesame Street, and would be oh-so-excited to be able to see the lovable characters in person! The all-new Sesame Street Live “Can’t Stop Singing” is at The Theater at IZOD Center in East Rutherford from Thursday, Sept. 13 through Saturday, Sept. 15 and the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale Friday, Sept. 21 – Sunday, Sept. 23. Even better, if you click here: http://www.ticketmaster.com/promo/5rmrmw
you can save $5 on tickets for the whole family!

Just choose the show you want to see, and where it says “presale or promotion ticket selection” put the code MOMS into the promotion box. It works on any of the levels listed. The discount code is not valid on Sunny Seats, Gold Circle, Opening Night or previously purchased tickets, and it doesn’t work with another offer.

The show is an amazing toe tapping, finger snapping musical event! All you need is a song when Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Murray and all of your favorite Sesame Street friends bring the magic of music to life on stages big and small – and right into the audience!
When Elmo gets his furry fingers on Abby Cadabby’s magic wand, there’s something in the air – and Sesame Street becomes a nonstop, all-singing, all-dancing musical montage! Grover and Baby Bear sing their highs and lows, Cookie Monster sings fast and slow, Bert and Ernie converse in song and Murray makes mouth music for all to sing along! Learn why it feels good to sing a song, but why it feels good to stop, too! What will Elmo learn about the power of musical magic?

I’m a mom sharing this amazing discount with other moms – check my company out at http://www.milesofmarketing.com.
