Entenmanns Little Bites have been a big hit in my house.

I have reached that point in the school year where,my kids lunch are now becoming boring and dull. They say its always the same spice it up. A sandwich, fruit, drink and some kind of snack. I was offered to try Entenmanns Little Bites and they were a hit immediately.

Honestly, overtime I got ready to take pictures of the Little Bites for this post. I would find the boxes empty. My kids loved them so much they were sneaking them as a snack throughout the day. They have been a major success in lunches too. There are so many charities to choose from they never get boring.
For the fall season they even have a limited edition Pumpkin Muffin. My two favorites are the Party Cake and the Chocolat Chip Muffin.

Celebrate Football Season with PopCorn Factory

Football season is finally starting this year and everyone has a team they are rooting for. We celebrate Football every Sunday, Monday and Thursday. We gather together and watch whatever game is on TV. While we have a favorite team “Buffalo Bills” we just love football in general.

Sonic New Flavor Funnels and boneless wings

If your like me you absolutely love the Sonic commercials on TV. They have me laughing every time. Growing up in AZ we lived right around the corner from Sonic Drive In and went there all the time. Then I moved to the East Coast and there wasn’t one around. Now that I am back on the west coast, I am excited to eat there again.

Just in time for Sonic is introducing their new Flavor Funnels.

Flavor Funnels are new and added to Sonic Blasts. Choose from Carmel, Chocolate, Oreo Stuffing, and Peanut Butter. With Blast Flavor Funnels, a delectable funnel of flavor at the center is surrounded by hand-mixed Real Ice cream making each Blast a treat within a treat.

They were amazing although I couldn’t really see the Flavor Funnel. The ice cream alone was so good and had tons of Oreos in it. I had my kids with me so we tried each flavor and they loved it.

I also tried out some of their new boneless wings which comes in 6 different flavors. Including Garlic Parmesan, Hot Honey, Pineapple Habanero, Asian Sweet Chili, Buffalo, Honey BBQ. Boneless and crispy made to perfection.
I tried the Honey BBQ and buffalo. They were perfect and I am going to be ordering more for Football games.

Set the Mood For Date Night With Pro-Flowers

I rarely ever have date night, our lives are so busy and with three kids it makes it all more difficult. When we do have a “date night” it includes a movie at home and popcorn and dinner with the kids first. Every once in a while a special occasion will arise like my Birthday in a few days, and I want everything to be special. Amazing (mostly Edible) Science Review

We are a big science family. My kids specially love it, collecting data and watching the results is their favorite. Their favorite experiments are done in the kitchen. Science and cooking mixed is like a dream for them.

We received Amazing (Mostly Edible) Science book and my daughter has been non stop with trying all the recipes (experiments).

She has tried so many like the 5 minute ice cream, it turned out good but was a bit messy.
Right now she is working on making her own pickles from scratch, which can take up to a week. Her love for pickles has her waiting though.

The recipe in the book is a simple one.
You basically need a jar, cucumbers, salt water and a few other ingredients. Put them all together and let them sit for a few days until they become pickles.

This experiment will cost you less than $5 and is so simple. After about 3 days the jar definitely started to smell like pickles.

They turned out a little to sweet and not as tangy as we like our pickles. We had to do the experiment a second time as the first time,  the pickles started getting mold.   But with every experiment you should do it a couple times. So we will keep doing it until we get the results right.

Atkins Makes Meal Planning Simple

I have been on a mission to lose weight since we moved to California. I’ve been hiking and hating the gym everyday, but felt I needed to do more so I started to meal plan. The Atkins Easy Peasy Meal kit makes, planning meals so easy and stress free.
