*** We received an insiders VIP kit from Udi’s to try out. Since I have two members of my family with Milk allergies these were great to try out. Most gluten Free products are also dairy free.

We were so excited to receive these, especially my husband. Who has a dairy allergy. His favorite product we received Blueberry muffins. We have not been able to find dairy free muffins anywhere, so he was in heaven eating them.    We also received shortbread cookies, which my kids loved. The cookies were not dairy free though, but were still good.

The other items we received were Udi’s cinnamon raisin bagels, pizza crust, and whole wheat bread.   The cinnamon raisin bagels were really good, while the bread was just okay. My kids didn’t seem to like it, but hubby and I thought it was okay. The pizza crust was great, we have always made french bread pizza since we can’t find dairy free crusts. This was very good.

*** I was able to try out the Asian Chicken Diner Kit, for dinner a few nights ago. I was really surprised at how easy it was to make. Just cook the chicken to the correct temperature, and add sauce. Then make a salad and add the dressing to the salad.

It had a lot of flavor, and was delicious. My husband even said it tasted like we were eating at a Asian restaurant. It is definitely a dish I will be making again.
