Hollywood Darlings Premieres Tomorrow

Pop’s newest original comedy series Hollywood darlings star ring 90s fan favorites Jodie Sweetin (Full(er) House), Beverley Mitchell (7th Heaven) and Christine Lakin (Step by Step) premieres on April 12, 8pm ET/PT. The comedy series focuses on their unique childhood actor sisterhood that has bonded them as real life friends. They play exaggerated versions of themselves as they navigate motherhood, careers and life in LA.

Hollywood darlings turns the camera on real-life friends who are bonded by a sisterhood that only they can share as former child stars who grew up in the 90’s limelight – Jodie Sweetin (“Full House,” “Fuller House”), Christine Lakin (“Step By Step”) and Beverley Mitchell (“7th Heaven”). In this improvised comedy, the three actresses play exaggerated versions of themselves in their current Hollywood lives. With the support of one another, this girl squad can take on anything when it comes to parenting, marriage, friendship and revived careers in Hollywood.

Hollywood Darlings will feature cameos from Soleil Moon Frye (“Punky Brewster”), Andrew Keegan (“10 Things I Hate About You”), Tamera Mowry (“Sister, Sister”), Lance Bass(NSYNC), Andrea Barber (“Full House”), Nicholle Tom (“The Nanny”), Heather Tom (“Y&R”),Patrick Duffy (“Dallas,” “Step By Step”), Staci Keanan (“Step By Step”) and Wanya Morris(Boyz II Men).

This show is to be exciting and fun as it brings all your favorite 90’s actresses back. I loved Full House, Step By Step and 7th Heaven growing up.

On a recent conference call with the actresses they answered some questions for us about the show.

My summary:

The show is based on your life now, but do you bring anything different to make the show more entertaining.

Jody: Im definitely more dark and cynical in the show then real life
Christine:Im a Hippie Dippy in real life, a free spirit and we exaggerate that on the show a little.
Beverly: I am the Type A ever organized person on the show and I would like to think i am not like that in real life.

I heard this show is unscripted: Not a reality show is this true?

Christine: Yeah, this is what we call an improvised comedy and you know, it’s a little tough to explain because there haven’t been many of them done. Um, you know, this show came about when Jodie, myself and Beverly were all approached by our executive producer Jimmy Foxx uh, who wanted to put together sort of like, a 90’s dream-team of women he grew up with on TV who you know, felt like he maybe had a crush on.

Will you be sharing your children on this show at all?

Beverly: The show is centered around us and we are mothers but no our children do not appear in the show.
Jodie:The content of the show is humorous, inappropriate jokes, cursing and we are mothers but wanted to separate our children from that.

This show is bound to be a show all moms can relate to and hilarious at that. Be sure to tune in tomorrow April 12, 8pm/7C to catch it, and every wednesday for the series on Pop TV.

Sharing The Christmas Classics with my kids

I remember growing up and loving to watch Christmas movies, like Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, and Santa Claus Is Coming To Town. They were my favorites. Now that I have kids of my own, they are bringing back Christmas Classics to dvd for a whole new generation to share.

Just Dance 2017 is Perfect For Family Time

It’s the holiday season and that means family time. My kids love their electronics and phones so I have to find something that we can share but will keep them entertained. Every year we play the Just Dance games together and have a blast. Just Dance 2017 was just released last month and we can’t get enough of it.

The game features all the newest and hottest songs of the year plus some old favorites like Hips Don’t Lie.

You can play together with up to 4 players. The game is so much fun, but a little hard to get the dance moves the first time around. I have been having challenges with my kids, and I always lose. LOL!
Just Dance 2017 is also a great way to stay in shape, I have been playing daily while the kids are in school to help keep my energy up and stay in shape.

Celebrate Football Season with PopCorn Factory

Football season is finally starting this year and everyone has a team they are rooting for. We celebrate Football every Sunday, Monday and Thursday. We gather together and watch whatever game is on TV. While we have a favorite team “Buffalo Bills” we just love football in general.

Biz Stainfighter Works on Carpets, Cars and More

Biz Stainfighter has been helping my kids clothes stay perfect and clean throughout the school year. Lets face it, they are messy and their clothes get stained like crazy. Biz Stainfighter has been getting out the stains through pretreating nd also adding a cup load into the wash.

Biz also works great on other items that can’t fit into the washing machine though, like carpets. upholstery and cars.

We tried Biz Stainfighter on a purple marker stain that has been sitting on our carpet for a couple months. It definitely lightened up the stain, but not completely removing it. It looks so much better now though.

If your like me you absolutely love the Sonic commercials on TV. They have me laughing every time. Growing up in AZ we lived right around the corner from Sonic Drive In and went there all the time. Then I moved to the East Coast and there wasn’t one around. Now that I am back on the west coast, I am excited to eat there again.

Just in time for Sonic is introducing their new Flavor Funnels.

They were amazing although I couldn’t really see the Flavor Funnel. The ice cream alone was so good and had tons of Oreos in it. I had my kids with me so we tried each flavor and they loved it.

I also tried out some of their new boneless wings which comes in 6 different flavors. Including Garlic Parmesan, Hot Honey, Pineapple Habanero, Asian Sweet Chili, Buffalo, Honey BBQ. Boneless and crispy made to perfection.
I tried the Honey BBQ and buffalo. They were perfect and I am going to be ordering more for Football games.

Set the Mood For Date Night With Pro-Flowers

I rarely ever have date night, our lives are so busy and with three kids it makes it all more difficult. When we do have a “date night” it includes a movie at home and popcorn and dinner with the kids first. Every once in a while a special occasion will arise like my Birthday in a few days, and I want everything to be special.
