As a mom of 3 kids all under the age of 6, it’s hard to find time to myself. It’s very important to be happy and healthy no matter how busy you are, so I thought I’d share some of my tips.
- Exercise-It relieves stress, gives you more confidence and gives you energy.
- eating right-makes you stronger and healthier.
- Take a relaxing hot bath-When the kids are asleep relax in the bath
- Go for a walk- get some fresh air, and good exercise
- Taking a break-it’s good to have a haour to myself to go shopping or take a nap.
- Spending time with my kids-yes they can be a handful, but they are my world and I would love to be able to spend more quality time with them.
- Spending more time with my hubby- how can I be happy without my wonderful husband he is my best friend and I would happier if we had more time for each other.
- blogging-it is bad to spend so much time on the computer, but great to know that I have people that can relate to what I am going through as a mother.
- love-enough said, love makes you happy
- Breakfast-it’s the most important meal of the day and gives you your strength and a nice glass of OJ.
