We are Keeping The Flu At Bay This Year

This Year my family is keeping the flu at bay, we have had our flu shots. I know you can still get sick and with kids in school it is more likely to happen so I am stocked up on everything I need for this flu season.

From Headaches to runny noses, stomach aches and sleepless nights. These Pfizer products take care of all your childs cold symptoms.

Super Wubble Ball Brite Review

Wubble is introducing a new fun ball to their line up. The Super Wubble Ball Brite. It’s a Wubble ball but it lights up different colors.

When we first got it my kids were so excited they loved all the Wubble Balls we have received in the past. With this ball they were more excited because they could play with it at night and not have to worry about seeing where the ball went and finding it. They had a blast playing with the Super Wubble Ball Brite.

Unfortunately some downsides we noticed. The ball only lights up for 20 seconds before you have to hit the button again. The button to light up the ball is rather hard to get to without risking putting a hole in the Wubble ball. For us we got about 45 minutes of play before our first hole arrived. We patched it and had a little more playtime before the ball deflated. The texture of the ball seemed a little different then the original Wubble Ball.When the ball was inflated it seemed just a bit heavier, but I’m sue that that is from the lighting mechanism.

Overall its a good ball if your very careful and don’t want to worry about the ball lighting up. Its just you have to pinch the ball to get to the lighting mechanism, that is what was the major cause of the hole in our ball. Lighting it up to much. The good thing about Wubble balls is they are easy to patch small holes.

Unfortunately for us playtime got a little to rough and 2 of our Water Wubbles ripped at the bottom, but it was from tough play.

As a parent my favorite thing about the Water Wubble besides it last a long time, is there is no mess. No tiny Balloon pieces to find and pick up.

Easy Tips For The Perfect Candy Buffet

Candy buffets are very popular for all kinds of events. From the neighborhood BBQ to the kids birthday party, to the elaborate and chic wedding, candy buffets are perfect. But, do not believe that you can just set up a table, throw out a few bowls of candy, and have a big ticket hit. That is far from true. A beautiful candy buffet takes planning and a bit of “know-how”. We have some tips to help you create the candy buffet for your event that will be a major success.

Theme

The theme of your candy buffet compliments the event. If the theme is summer, then you will use summer colors, props, and backdrops that fit in with summer. Since most buffets have a theme based on the reason for the celebration, you will carry that theme through the buffet. If the candy buffet is for a baby shower, use baby shower colors and props. If the theme is for a wedding, use the wedding colors. If the candy buffet does not have a theme upon creation, consider using a color wheel to choose your colors. You need three colors that are monochromatic (three tints of the same color) or two monochromatic and one contrasting color which you will find opposite the primary color you chose on the color wheel. ,

Table, shapes, and backdrop

To set up a candy buffet, you need a table 6’ – 8’ long. Your centerpiece will be in the center toward the back. The centerpiece should be tall enough to form the tip of a triangle. The centerpiece can be candy or a theme decoration or a combination of each. The candy displays on the side will form the sides of a triangle changing height progressively, and the front of the table with shallow trays, gift bags, and decorations. The idea of the triangle continues with an interesting backdrop which draws the eye up. The backdrop can be anything from a paper covered board with decorations, to strings of lights, ribbons, and balloons.

Candy

The most important part of a candy buffet is the candy. You will need candy that is bought in bulk, as well as special candy and various designer candies. Your candy must stay in the color family of the theme. A great place to find all the candy and candy buffet accessories you need is Sweet Services. Choose tall jars for suckers, lollipops, rock candy sticks, candy straws, and other long candy treats. The center of the table is for medium size jars and this is the perfect place for bulk candy. Bulk candy can be mixed, layered, or individuals. The front of the table is for trays of special candy or the “One per person” candy. This is also where you will stage your take-home treat bags. You can expect to use 8 ounces of candy for each guest.

Containers

Use your imagination. While almost any dish can be a candy container, you want jars where the scoops or tongs fit easily and that will not tip over easily. Ideally, your containers will be clear for visual impact. Candy buffets are very popular so ask your friends for any containers they may loan you. Also, look for unique dishes at thrift stores and garage sales.

Something for everyone

Include a few selections that are allergy safe, sugar-free, kosher, and gluten-free. Mark them as such so that everyone can experience your candy buffet without fear. Treasure Hunters is all about a secret spy family trying to fight bad guys, and get stolen art back to their rightful owners as they are also on vacation. They like to travel across the world! The twins are complete opposites, and Storm has a photographic memory. Their brother is always on the hunt trying to attract ladies and be silly. The parents are retired C.I.A. Agents and together as a family they like to catch criminals, including a lot of close call situations where they almost got hurt.

I haven’t been able to put the book down. I can’t wait to see what happens on the next page, and the book makes me laugh. This book is perfect for anyone who likes adventure.

SoftSoap Now Features Frozen and Star Wars

The one thing I struggle with daily is getting my kids to wash their hands before meals and after bathroom trips. The struggle is real, they say they don’t like to have to pick up the bar soap and they would rather play. I started buying SoftSoap as it was inexpensive and easy to use. My kids are older, ages 8,10 and 11 and the pair we received fit them great. My older daughter actually has them now and wears them all the time. My kids love soccer, and my daughter has been begging to join a team but it can get really expensive.
