The Roku digital video player is like having your own video library at home with over 50,000 choices— from the best movies, TV shows and sports. It’s the easiest way to watch anything and everything from Netflix, Amazon Video On Demand, and MLB.com instantly on your TV. The Roku player has received overwhelmingly positive reviews in The Wall Street Journal, CNET, WIRED, and elsewhere.

The Roku player also detects internet bandwith and is also wifi ready. It features tons of channels like MLB TV, watch all your favorite baseball games. Most of the channels you need to pay for, but they do have some free channels. Pandora is a internet radio channel, where you can choose your favorite artist or song to play. I choose Taylor Swift and it will play songs from her as well as other popular country artists.

You can even link to your Facebook and Flickr account to access your photos on tv.  With the Facebook channel, you can access any photos that have your name on them. So if someone tags you in a photo you can still access that photo.

We just can not get enough of this player. Its so much easier than having to drive to the movie store or wait for your DVDs in the mail. Its cheaper too, we went to blockbuster a few weeks ago and rented two movies at 5 dollars piece for 5 days. Roku instant watching with Netflix you can watch movies at any time, no waiting, no late fees and there are over 17,000 movies to choose from.The downside is there are some movies that can only be accessed through dvd.

I actually think we have been watching way more tv, then we usually do since I received the Roku. It’s a lot more movie date nights at home though! For 79.99 it is very much worth the money. This would be a great gift for any mom.

****I gave these to my kids and they loved them. They couldn’t really even tell they didn’t have sugar in them. This is a better alternative to the original that have sugar in them, these are sweetened with Splenda. The downside to it, for me at least is artificial sweeteners tend to give me a stomach ache. They still look the same, come in bright fun colors, and of course the kids like them.

****I have to say the Cheesy Cheddar and Creamy Ranch are really good, But the Truly Original does not really have that good of a taste. They still come in a snack can, so you don’t have to worry about greasy hands.  I also received a very cute Pringle’s tote bag, that has a lot of efficient pockets, can be used a summer beach tote.
