The 2011 Hess Miniture Helicopter Transport is now on sale at all Hess stores. The miniture helicopter is part of a collectible series that features small-scale fully detailed replicas of the popular Hess Holiday Toy Trucks. This year’s edition is a replica of the 2001 Hess Holiday Helicopter, it features two motorized spinning motors and working lights.

This little helicopter is so cool, the lights actually work and the propellers really spin. My kids are still fighting over who gets to turn the switch on. We love Hess trucks they are durable during play and can always make a child happy! The helicopter can easily come apart from the base or secure back on. Batteries are included with The toy.

I was going For Crazy But I got Cute and I Love It!

My daughter is having spirit week at her school and on Wednesday it was crazy hat day. Well we don’t have any crazy hats, so I thought I would try to do a crazy hair do.

This is how it turned out

I did not get a picture of the back.

I put her hair in pigtails and then took the pigtails at put a ponytail on top of her head.

It came out really cute and she was getting compliments all day. I even loved it, and I will be doing her hair like that again.

The best gift you can give is a gift from the heart. The main gifts I give are pictures or a photo gift, since most of my family lives so far away it works out great.

My husband is so hard to shop for, so I go for the simple things like photo books or scrapbooks. This year thanks to Snapfish I made my husband a personalized Photo book for Fathers Day. It was very simple I just picked out what design I liked and added photos and captions.

The photo book turned out so cute, and I put all our recent spring photos in it. I think my husband will love it. Also for Fathers day they have great photocards for the dad in your life or grandpa. I made this cute card for my dad.

Hoodwinked is based on the classic children’s tale Little Red Riding Hood, but this is the sequel!

The good… the bad… the Twitchy. HOODWINKED TOO! HOOD VS. EVIL finds our heroine, Red (Hayden Panettiere), training with a mysterious covert group called the Sisters of the Hood. But Red is forced to cut her training short when she gets an urgent call from NickyFlippers (David Ogden Stiers), the head of the super secret Happily Ever After Agency, aka the HEA. A wicked witch (Joan Cusack) has abducted two innocent children, Hansel (Bill Hader) and Gretel (Amy Poehler), and Nicky needs the whole Hoodwinked gang – Red, Granny (Glenn Close), the ever-clueless Wolf (Patrick Warburton) and his over-caffeinated little partner, Twitchy (Cory Edwards) – for the search and rescue mission.

This movie comes to DVD on August 16, 2011.
