Ever After High At Toy Fair 2014

Mattel showcased some new products for Ever After High this year.

Perfect Place For A Picture

We were exploring another local Library near us. Cold Spring Harbor Public Library, and I saw the perfect room for pictures.

It had a set up like a concert or something and i just had to take pics. Unfortunately my kids were not as excited as I was.

**We tried the Cherrywood bacon and it was so tasty, my kids want to buy it all the time.

This past week we have been on break, and the kids have been home for lunch. They get antsy sometimes with the same lunch routine, or ask for snacks throughout the day. So I have introduced them to some better for you snacks with Hormel.
Two of their favorite snacks that I always have on hand are Hormel pepperoni stix’s and Hormel Rev Wraps. The Rev wraps and pepperoni stix’s are perfect little snacks that are easy to take and go. When we have a busy day of errands ahead, I usually pack small lunchbox full of them.

Swiffer Sweep And Trap Makes Cleaning So Easy #SwifferAtTarget

My floors take a beating all year long. In the Winter, we drag in snow, rock salt, dirt among other things. In Spring Summer and Fall, we drag in pine needles, leaves, dirt, and more. Not to mention my kids will come home from school and dump out the sand in their shoes from school. My floors need to be swept constantly during the day, and to be honest I hate doing it. I feel like my broom just doesn’t get it all up and it’s hard to get it out of corners and small spaces.

The Swiffer sweep and trap makes it so easy to sweep and clean the floor. Just put on a dry cloth and start sweeping. The trap picks up almost everything including cereal. There were a few things that it wouldn’t pick up on the first try but got most of it up. It even picked up the Rainbow Loom bands that are laying all over my house .

The Swiffer Sweep and Trap has a small soft rotating blades to pick up large particles, and the dry cloth to trap dirt and dust.
No batteries are needed and it’s so simple to use. You can just push it around the floor and let it do all the work for you. No need to bend over and sweep up dirt piles.
Pros:

  • Portable and can be taken apart.
  • No batteries
  • Easy to use
  • Cleans all, big and small
  • Won’t scratch hardwood floors

Cons:

  • Refills can be exspensive

 

I was shocked by all the dirt on the bottom of the dry cloth, as we sweep the floor all the time. The trap also seem to fill up really fast.

I will definitely be using this all the time, as it seems more efficient.

Neighthan Rot is the only brand new character on display in the press section. His name is just as it sounds he is part Unicorn/centaur, so you have to neigh like a horse when you say it. LOL! He is also the love interest of a main character. I am not allowed to say who though, so you have to wait and see.
