Monster High Toy Fair 2014

All images are mine.

So so many rumors and “leaked pictures” have been floating around the internet. New Monster High dolls and lines etc.

I’ll admit that a lot of the photos that have been floating around, I can’t confirm are true. They were not displayed at Toy Fair. That does not mean the Rumors are false, it could be that those pictures were a prototype they are still working on or something.

Now to the big reveal. Toy Fair Dolls

Of course they had the most of the dolls that have been released. I did not see a few dolls that are just being released like “Slo Mo”.

I asked if he was going to be released and didn’t really get a answer, so fingers crossed.

Nafera and Weberella were also displayed. No confirmation that Weberella will be released this year as rumored.

Release date has not been official, but probably June 2014 with Freaky Fusion line.

The next few dolls are in boxes, but please keep in mind they have not been released and were just for show. I do not have any release date info for these.

I have another meeting with Mattel this week, so hopefully more info to come.

Free Birds Twitter Pizza Party round up #FHEInsiders #FreeBirdsDVD

Last week, I was given the opportunity to host a Twitter Pizza party for the movie Free Birds.  It was all part of the Fox Home Insiders program. It was a lot of fun.

We were given the movie and a pizza gift card and then just posted about the movie and how much fun we were having.

We had never seen Free Birds, so I did not know what to expect.

 Two turkeys from opposite sides of the tracks must put aside their differences and team up to travel back in time to change the course of history – and get turkey off the Thanksgiving menu for good.

My kids could not stop laughing the whole time, the movie is hilarious.

The movie is about the president’s daughter chooses which Turkey to pardon. Reggie then becomes her pet, but decides to take a time machine to the past to stop Turkey’s from being Thanksgiving. Along the way he meets several different Turkey’s and even falls in love.

One of my favorite parts from the movie has to be the Presidents Daughter’s
catch phrase.

It reminds me of my daughter she will fall asleep in mid sentence.

My 3rd Star Student!

My children’s school has a assembly once a month and award a child with a meal and certificate for being a star student.

My oldest Kenzie gor Star Student for September 2013

My son received Star Student for December 2013

And finally after thinking she was never going to get it. My middle child Alex received star student for January 2014.

OshKosh B’gosh is Getting Ready For Spring #MC

I have never shopped at OshKosh before. So when I first walked in the store i was a bit surprised by the prices, they were a lot pricer than what I usually buy. They do have door busters and sales from time to time though.
When I shopped they had 40% off the entire store with 50% off certain items. They also have door busters on their new spring lines, like $7 leggings and $12 Tunics.

Even after the savings some of the prices were still a bit high, but the clothes were so cute.

With $100 gift card I was able to buy each one of my kids a outfit, so 3 outfits. I also bought a extra shirt and pants. Didn’t seem like to much for $100, but I was at least able to get a outfit for all 3 of the my kids.

My kids loved all the clothes. The orange leggings are a bit see through, but they would still go perfect with a long shirt or dress.

There is also a coupon you can use 20% of a $30 purchase. I did not end up using the coupon because you can’t use it with the sales and door busters already in store.

We will most likely be going back to OshKosh to get more clothes in the future.

I Don’t Know How Much More Snow We Can Get

So this has been one of the biggest winters we have had in the 4 years we have lived in Long Island.  I think our first winter here was like this it was just storm after storm.

In the last 2 weeks we have gotten about 20 inches of snow total, maybe more.   The snow piles are just so high.

We still have a snow storm coming on Sunday and potentially next Wednesday. When will winter end? Soon I hope!

As a adult I’ll admit I sometimes don’t feel clean after using the bathroom, whether I have a upset stomach or it’s just that time of the month.
