Hello Santa!

I love making holiday cards, it’s so fun to just add your personal touches and photos. I always do picture cards, since my family is so far away. They enjoy getting to see all the pictures and the kids always bring the cards to life.
HP and Walmart have teamed up to offer a variety of different photo gifts that can be ordered and picked up in store or shipped.
Our favorite thing about the items are most of them have characters you can feature. We made a photo book featuring cars, read about it here.
My kids wanted to do a Spongebob holiday card, since we really only put their pic on the card. I agreed.
This was the card and picture they choose.
I also made my son a HP birthday card since his Birthday is in December. He loved it as Cars is his favorite.
They have so many different characters to choose from. Mickey and crew, Batman, Cars, Princess, Looney Tunes, Winnie The Pooh and more. They start at 48 cents a card.
You can make your HP Holiday card now at Walmart.

Build A Bear Workshop introduced the My Little Pony collection this past year. They will introduce every new friend with time. So far the friends released are Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Princess Twilight Sparkle. They just released the newest edition Fluttershy this month.
Fluttershy is just the cutest, I can’t get over her face.

WE celebrated my sons 6th birthday this weekend, and it was s much fun. My son loves Disney’s Cars and Planes. The past 5 years we have always done a Cars theme, so this year we did Disney’s Planes.
I found Birthday In A Box, which comes with everything you need to throw a birthday party for your child. They have every character or theme you can think of.
The party set serves 8 people and features:
Everything coordinated so well, and it looked great. We received orange and blue streamers which we hung around the house and matching Planes table cover and plates napkins cups etc.
The table cover looks like a runway, that was my sons favorite. He would use it as a runway for his toys. He would pretend they were on the Wings Around The Globe Race.
The plates and cups were small but perfect for small hands. I just can’t get over how well everything goes together, it was the cutest thing.
My son said he had the best birthday ever!!!

Turbo just released on dvd, and it is one of the must see movies this holiday season. It has a lot of great story lines, like never give up on your goals.
I received the movie but also some other fun Turbo goodies like headbands, goal/chore charts, and more.
I always have a hard time getting my kids to follow through with there chores or goals I have for them, like reading 20 minutes a day. I am putting these goal charts to use and making sure they get through the tasks everyday.
At school they have a reward system, where when they earn so many stars for behaving they get prizes. I have decided to do that at my house. At the end of the week if the chart is filled out, The will earn a prize.
I put chores as well as simple easy chores, and goals on the charts. Things like cleaning your toys, clearing your plate, brushing your teeth. For the goals, there is reading 20 minutes a day, doing your homework etc.
My kids are still young so I don’t want to push them to hard. They haven’t complained yet and have most of their chart filled out.
Before we started the goal charts I had them watch Turbo again, so they can listen to the special message of Never giving up on your goals. They all wore there matching headbands!
Do you have a goal/chore chart for your kids? Does it work?

** My daughters have Just loved Monster High and after 13 Wishes came out they were begging for this game. We don’t have any Monster High WII games, and didn’t know what to expect as far as quality or what the characters would look like.
The game so far has been a bit challenging for my 8 year old. You are helping Frankie and her friends find 13 shards of the mirror to stop Wisp. She is just having a bit of trouble finding where to go for the shards. That is a good thing though, I would rather have a game that challenged my child.
The quality of the game looks great it’s very clear and the characters look exactly like the dolls.
You can buy the Monster High WII game From Amazon and other retailers nationwide.

I love giving back all year long, but specially during the holiday season. As a blogger I receive so many products, that I start making a collection pile to donate every year.
So far this year I have made 3 trips to our local Toys For Tots bin, and I hope to make at least 1 more.
I have almost filled this big box myself.
Do you donate during the holidays?

My daughter loves My Little Pony, she plays with them everyday. The recently released Equestria Girls movie and dolls.
When her crown is stolen from the Crystal Empire, Twilight pursues the thief, Sunset Shimmer, into an alternate world where she finds herself turned into…a teenage girl! To regain her crown and return to Equestria, Twilight must learn how to fit into this strange new world and defeat Sunset Shimmer in a competition to become crowned Princess of the Fall Formal at Canterlot High. Luckily, she’ll have the assistance of Spike and five teenage girls who remind her of a certain group of ponies back home
The dolls that were released by Hasbro fit every girls dream to role play with the movie.
*** My daughter will sit and watch Equestria Girls on Tv and have her ponies and dolls out playing along. When Twilight Sparkle turns into a girl she starts playing with the doll. The dolls are not like a most dolls they are smaller and a bit more fragile. They seem as if they would break very easily.
The hair on the dolls is so shiny and looks just like the mane of the ponies
This is perfect gift for any My Little pony or Equestria Girl fan.
