The Stride RiteChildren’s Group, the leading provider of premier children’s footwear, announced today the launch of a new collection of baby shoes with patent-pending Sensory Response Technology(SRT). This revolutionary children’s footwear technology, developed in conjunction with the Leon Root, M.D. Motion Analysis Laboratory at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, improves the way a child learns to walk via a sensory feedback system, an ultra-flexible design that allows for more freedom of movement, and a unique construction that reduces the number of stumbles and falls.

Shoes in the SRT collection are also designed to make baby comfortable. They feature moisture-wicking linings, which help keep baby’s feet drier longer, and eco-friendly materials such as a recycled EVA heel cup and a partially recycled outsole to protect baby and baby’s future environment. A great feature for mom and dad is a removable insole containing a Fit Check system that easily lets them know when it is time to see a fit specialist.

The fall SRT collection is comprised of four boys’ styles and seven girls’ styles in baby sizes 3 to 8 in various widths, and features fun fashion touches such as suede fringe, metallic leathers and bright hits of color.

I have not received my shoes for review yet, so i’m going to share a little first steps story.

My daughter started walking at 14 months, and having shoes on her actually helped her to balance herself more.  I remember her being in the playpen, and we’d glance over and see her go from one side to the other without holding on. She would never do it when we looked though. We took her to the zoo two days after she officially took off, and she just went wild running from exhibit to exhibit.

Tea for Three-Wubbzy decides to throw  a tea party, but he doesn’t know how. Widget builds a tea party machine, the Tea Time 3000, to make sandwiches and tea, but it malfunctions and does everything wrong.  They’re afraid the tea party was a disaster, but Wubbzy has been having a great time, and thats what a tea party is all about.

Monster Madness-Wubbzy gets scared by a TV show and starts seeing monsters everywhere! Widget build a monster masher to take care of any monsters, but soon she starts seeing monsters too! They rush to Walden’s house and Walden takes out his flashlight to show them all the monsters they saw were just ordinary objects in the dark.

The Last Leaf- Walden is collecting leaves, and he is waiting patiently for the last leaf to fall off the Old  Figgity Fig Tree. Wubbzy and Widget would rather play in the leaf pile. When they return, they find Walden fast asleep! And here comes the last leaf! As the wind takes it away, Wubbzy and Widget are left to chase the errant Leaf all over Wuzzleburg.

The Ghost of Wuzzleburg-It’s the Halloween party at the Wubb Club, and Wubbzy builds his own scary costume out of junk, and scares the party guests. While he’s hiding he notices a ghost sheet floating all by itself. It’s a real ghost! Then the sheet falls off and we see it was only birdy-bird. Birdy-Bird wins for most scariest costume, and Wubbzy wins for most scared person! 

Plus there is a bonus episode

March of the Pumpkins-Wubbzy wants to find the biggest pumpkin, so he can be named Pumpkin King. But Walden and Widget warn him, look out for the real Pumpkin King! Before Wubbzy can get a pumpkin, the Pumpkin King catches them. Luckily he turns out to be a great guy, and he gives Wubbzy and daizy a ride back to the festival just in time for the big march!

***With Halloween just around the corner this movie is packed with scary fun for preschoolers. My Children enjoyed it very much.    Our favorite episode is Monster Madness. My daughter has been having night terrors, and with this episode I can show her that even Wubbzy gets scared, but it turns out to be nothing.   With Monsters, Ghosts, and Pumpkins  this DVD is packed with halloween fun!

    I recently got the chance to Review two The Zula Patrol DVDS.

    i got to try out two perfumes by Harvey PrinceAgeless and eAu fLirt.

    Ageless:  This fragrance defies your skins natural age revealing scent.    Ageless is an aromatic essence of pink grapefruit, mango, anti-oxidant rich pomegranate, jasmine and musk. This perfume is said to make you smell younger.

    This perfume definitely smelled great, did it make me smell younger, no I’m only in my twenty’s.   The scent of grapefruit does give it a refreshing scent to make you feel younger. i really liked it .

      The downsides are it only comes in one size bottle. 3.4 oz and costs $120

    The new trix swirls cereal combines two fruity flavorsto every puff. Satisfying for tastebuds and creativity. my kids and I sat and talked about how they could get theswirls mixed together. they came up with some crazy answers.  The cereal is a good source of calcium and vitamin D.  Trix Swirls come in these great flavors lemony green, berry berry blue, and rasporangey orange!
