The new BridesMaids is coming to dvd on September 20, 2011, and in honor of the release I et to have some girlfriends come over and have a party. I am so excited but am keeping it very small, I have a family of 5 and we live in a 1000 square foot town house so not much room for a big party.
I am so excited to watch the movie, I have never been a bridesmaid before. Actually I haven’t been to many weddings that haven’t been family. I am only 26 ( 27 in a week)! I eloped at 19 and lot of my friends are still single and in the party scene. I am still very excited to watch this movie and see what I missed out on not having a wedding.

It’s not always easy, especially when you have a teenage daughter who’s growing up a little fast, a too-smart-for-her-own-good middle daughter and a scatterbrained boy. On top of that, Phil wants to be the “cool dad,” while Claire is just trying her best to run a tight ship, determined not to let her kids have the rebellious childhood she had.
Claire’s brother and Jay’s grown son, Mitchell, adopted a Vietnamese baby with his partner of five years, Cameron. Opposites attract in this household, with Cameron having a wonderfully big personality and maybe a flare for the dramatic, whereas Mitchell is the more serious of the two. They balance each other out and are doting fathers trying to do their best as new parents.

Bullying has become a lot worse over the years. Bullying is not just people picking on you in school anymore, its adults grandparents and even preschoolers.
You hear more about in the news than you probably see around you. It’s become so severe that innocent people have started to take their own life and that should never happen. Stand up to bullying!
As a teenager I was bullied constantly, over having glasses, being poor, boys liking me, and even dating a girl. Yes that was part of the whole high school experience. I remember always coming home crying, but I think it made me a stronger person today. I have become more blunt and I always stick up for myself.
One of the shows I love is Glee, and Glee has tackled the issue of bullying and other issues we face in our society.
Kurt (Chris Colfer) is a main target for bullying on glee because of his sexual orientation.
Effects of Alcohol, Glee has shown different types of drunks, Santana is a weepy drunk, Mercedes and Tina are hysterical drunks who find everything funny. Rachel and Blaine share a dunken kiss, yet Finn never has a drop of alcohol showing that teens can have a good time.
OCD-Emma Pilsbury OCD condition has her cleaning her desk constantly, and turning rigid at the thought of anything being messy.OCD is not talked about a lot on the show.
Physical Appearances and Plastic surgery Rachel gets a broken nose after Finn hits her in the face and she considers plastic surgery, but decides against it. Quinn who has had plastic surgery loves it and doesn’t regret a thing. It’s rare for a TV show to depict a story of someone who’s life has changed for the better by surgery, It shows that plastic surgery can benefit some but can also go horribly wrong.
It’s amazing how many celebrities have come out after watching glee episodes and told the world about their bullying story or flaws they have.

When Tod, an orphaned fox cub meets Copper, a coonhound puppy, they make a pledge to be lifelong friends, not realizing that Copper is being groomed to hunt wild animals, including foxes. Copper spends the winter with his owner, Slade, and an older dog, Chief, tracking animals at a remote cabin. When they return, a lonely Tod eagerly greets his old playmate but is stunned when a reluctant Copper joins Slade and Chief to chase Tod through the forest. During the pursuit, Tod escapes but Chief is seriously injured. Seeking revenge, Copper hunts down Tod only to find himself confronting an even bigger enemy, which he and Tod must face together.
Fox and the Hound 2- music takes centerstage as Tod contemplates joining up with “The Singin’ Strays,” a group of harmonizing dogs appearing at the local county fair but dreaming of hitting the big time at the Grand OleOpry. While Tod does his best to fit in with his new friends, Copper finds himself relegated to “roadie,” a position he begins to resent. With the encouragement of Dixie, the “diva” of “The Singin” Strays,” Copper manages to sabotage an important audition. The next day, their differences forgotten, Copper and Tod team up and, using Copper’s superior tracking skills, they locate the Grand Ole Opry talent scout who signs “The Singin’ Strays” (minus Tod, who chooses his friendship with Copper over fame) on the spot.
***** The Fox and the Hound is a great story of friendship, I got the whole family to sit and watch this movie together. The quality didn’t seem as good as some of the New restored Disney movies I have, but the movies were still good. My kids loved the Fox and the Hound and seeing that friends can come from anywhere, even when you are not suppost to be friends with someone. The Fox and the Hound 2 was a just as good as the first, proving friendship has its up and downs but always comes through.
It’s so great that they put the movies together in one case instead of having to different movies!

Blair Willow, played by Barbie, is an ordinary girl from Gardania who is chosen to attend Princess Charm School to learn princess training. In the school, she makes friends with Hadley and Isla. Dame Devin, one of the teachers, does not like Blair because she looks like the missing Princess Sophia. Dame Devin wants her own daughter, Delancy, to be the royal heir. Blair and her friends must get the enchanted crown to prove that Blair is the real princess.
**** Barbie movies just get better and better! My kids and I loved this movie, yes that right I am almost 27 and I enjoyed a Barbie movie. LOL! Blair is taking care of her family when a great opportunity arrises to attend Princess Charm school. While she is there she learns of secrets of the Royal family, the queen and her family were in a car crash but not everyone died (Princess Sophia was abandoned on a doorstep). While searching the castle they discover a portrait of Blair, but they discover it is actually queen Isabella at ahe 18. They look so much alike! With the help of her friends and even someone who doesn’t really like her. They find the magic crown and learn Blair is the true princess.
This movie is a little like Barbie and the Island Princess, a little of the same plot. It was still good, my daughter had mentioned that it’s not as funny as the other Barbie movies.
We also received two dolls from the new movie. Blair doll does three outfit changes, you can clip on her school top, make her dress short for a party dress, then turn her dress into a ball gown.
The Delancy doll Features a beautiful purple gown with matching purse, neckalace and Tiara.
(Just a note Thats a ring pop in my sons mouth, not a paci.)
My girls loved the dolls, these were the only pictures I could get before they hid from me.

*** My kids love iCarly, every time they watch they are laughing. Although we have got to see every episode on this dvd before, my kids have been watching it over an over. This dvd contains some of their favorite episodes, like iGot a Hot Room. Where Spencer tries to surprise Carly, but everything gets ruined as always, but in the end he gives her the best gift ever a new room (after he burnt her old room). This dvd also contains iParty With Victorious, which has become one of my favorites. The cast of iCarly and Victorious come together after Tori and Carly find out they are dating the same guy.
