We love chuck, he is so much fun. My son watches him on the hub everyday. In this movie Chuck meets Flip and they compete against each other. Chuck actually seems to be a little jealous that Flip can do things he can’t, but in the end they become friends and realize no one is perfect at everything. The movie package also comes with your own miniature Chuck toy! William can’t wait until a Flip toy comes out, he is super excited that Chuck has new friends.     We also received some Chuck car toys, a book set, sticker book, and Chuck cookie cutout.  William just went crazy over everything, he has become so attached to everything and won’t even let his sisters come near them.  Chuck is character to have a party with or even just to have a playdate.

None of these episodes are new though we have seen them all through Netflix Streaming. My kids favorite episode has to be Pasta Wars. It’s Garfields birthday and Jon has forgot to make him a birthday lasagne. When he finally does he does not make enough. Garfield starts dreaming about talking lasagne and becomes afraid to eat anymore. We enjoyed thjis dvd

Special k Bars have more Fiber for Dessert

Special K cereal bars are a delicious in between meals snack with 90 calories and 3 grams of fiber.  

These are the perfect snack for any one trying to watch their weight, like me. They have even added two new flavors that taste just like dessert, raspberry cheesecake and Chocolate Chip cookie. I have to say that I’ve tried both thanks to Kellogg’s and they are so good.  I don’t have to feel guilty about having dessert.  The chocolate chip cookie tastes just like a cookie and raspberry cheesecake is my favorite.

****This is Barbie’s 16th feature film, and we have all of them and then some. We have a total of 18 Barbie movies, So you can tell we love Barbie.  We watched this movie as soon as we received it and its a fun-filled adventure for any little girl. Ken is kidnapped by Fairies to marry the Fairy Princess, and Barbie’s stylists(wo are also Fairies) decide to help find him. On this adventure Barbie and Raquelle become friends. You might remember Raquel from A fashion Fairytale, she is the reason Barbie and Ken broke up. They rescue Ken from the princess who is under a love potion spell. I was a little disappointed at the end, Barbie, Raquel, and Ken don’t remember anything and think being Fairies was just a dream. 

Barbie’s Next Film will be out Fall 2011 titled “Barbie Princess Charm School!”

****This has to be my favorite Princess movie yet. Its fun and exciting, but at the same time all the princess movies seem to have the same theme. A mother or witch is trying to keep the princess hidden away or trying to kill them. they escape and find their prince and they live happily ever after.  My kids absolutely love this movie, they are even pretending to be the characters, and act the movie out.  The bonus features are fun, it was interesting learning how they came up with the names and how long Rapunzels hair was. We laughed through the tangled teasers, they are spoofs and film strips from the movie.

**** This game was fun for my little ones, but it seemed a little to easy. My 5 yr old zipped through it and won every game.   The object is to line up the animal cards, kind of like dominoes. Everytime you get one right you get a piece of your Mega Blok animal. First one to build the animal wins, but there are only 4 pieces.  My kids still had fun playing even though every game ended with one of my kids being upset they didn’t win.

Behavior And Chore Charts At Goalforit.com

www.goalforit.com is a website where you create your own Goal chart. That’s not all though you can make a behavior chart, chore chart, or even a to do list.

They have lots of different themes and categories for the charts, it makes it so much fun for the kids.

I decided to make a chore/behavior chart for my kids to follow. Which I hope they can stick to, because they haven’t behaved lately.

Here is a preview of mine.

***I couldn’t capture the whole chart, but I really like their graphics for the charts. They have tons of headers to choose from for your child favorite. I chose rocker girl, purple butterflies, and a fire truck. Then you have the chore or behavior you would like to add. When a chore is completed you just click on the circle to give a check mark, and tons of different stickers pop up for your child to choose from.   Then at the end of the day or week you can write down what prize or amount of money they’ve earned.

I have been using the chart for a few days now and my kids have been a little better about following it. They do all the chores on the list no problem, it’s the behavior part they have trouble with. They are all under the age of 6 though, so that’s to be expected. I think this is a lot of fun and its a good way to teach your kids that when they do listen and show them that when they do, a reward will follow.

****I was so excited to try these boots, we have had tons of snow out here and I needed something warm and durable. When I first received them I was a little discouraged, because the footing was a little wide, but the upper part that covers your calf was too small. So i can’t pull them all the way up, and I can’t tuck my pants inside either.  I did wear them out in the snow and they did keep my feet very warm and were very sturdy on the snow. Once I reached ice I fell, so not very good on ice.  Also the first day i received them the insoles started coming out whenever i would try to take them off, but it slides right back in. Besides those few things I still like these boots and wear them in the cold weather.

Minnie’s Masquerade DVD + Mickey Mote review

At the ball, Professor Von Drake hosts the great Clubhouse Costume Show and gives out prize ribbons to all the friends who have dressed up in some funny and fancy costumes.  All it takes is a heaping helping of imagination…and the right Mouseketools.

*****Minnie Mouse is having a Costume ball but of course there are problems along the way like trying to find goofy’s shoe.  The Mickey Mote helps answer the missing question.  My kids really enjoyed watching the movie and being able to answer the questions.  It does seem a little to easy though I wish it was a little more interactive, or have a game within the movie.   The movie was really fun to watch, my kids actually decided to dress up along with Minnie.
