Chibi-Robo Zip Lash is a tiny hero. Chibi-Robo must swing his plug to whip enemies, reach far-off platforms and solve environmental puzzles, as well as collect upgrades to extend his plug for getting hard-to-reach collectibles and uncovering hidden areas.

*** This game has been so addicting for me, I am just determined to beat a level. Every level and world is totally different with different challenges. Chibi Robo uses his Zip Lash to defeat enemies, as well as swing from area to area and more.
My kids love this game is challenging but fun and that you can use the Amiibo with it and change Chibi-Robo up.

We are still in the process of getting through levels, but one thing I don’t really like about the game is you don’t get to choose the level to play. You spin a wheel and that chooses how many spaces you move. So we have been stuck playing the same levels that have already been completed. You can buy panels to add to the wheel to make sure you get to the level you need, but that becomes a pain. If you get really stuck on a level you can choose to pay through it with the coins that you have collected.

It’s football season and every Sunday we gather together as a family and watch a game. We always hope that our favorite team is playing but that doesn’t always happen. With Halloween coming up my daughter had mentioned that she wanted to be a Buffalo Bills Football Player.

I was a little in shock as that’s not really a girly thing and not something you would easily find in the store. We did find the perfect costume on Franklin Sports, and my daughter loved the uniform.

The Deluxe Buffalo Bills uniform and helmet set comes with the full uniform. Pants a jersey and helmet with chin strap. It even comes with iron on numbers, so you can choose your own number.

As a mother of three I am always looking for healthy snacks on the go. Everyday my kids get home from school they want a snack, we go to the park snack. So I always try and make sure i have something healthy to give them.

Halloween Fun With Sour Jacks

I am not a baker or a good cook by any means, but when it comes to trying to make fun things with my kids I am all for it. We decided to make some fun Halloween inspired goodies using Sour Jacks candy.

They have 4 fun varieties in their Sour Jacks line, Watermelon, Wildberry, Lemonade and Green Apple.

Again please realize I am not a foodie, these were just fun projects for my kids and I.

First we decided to do just a plain chocolate chip cookie with fun halloween color chips with a Sour Jack on top. The most simple but fun recipe.

Next we made a batch of brownies and some chocolate pudding. We took brownie and covered it in pudding, put some fun candy eyes on. Then we took Green Apple Sour Jack and cut it in half for the fangs. You have a cute Vampire pudding brownie.

We also made a healthy snack, and I will actually be making a lot of these for Halloween meals. They are so sweet and fun. Everyone makes cute little pumpkins with Mandarin oranges and celery. I switched out the celery for half a Green Apple Sour Jack, and it still looks perfect.

Back To School With LEI Fashions

The kids are back n school, and when we went back to school shopping we bought tons of short sleeves, skirts and didn’t really focus on Fall clothes. It was still hot and my kids won’t wear pants until they are freezing. Now that the the weather is getting cooler we are focusing more on jeans and cute tops.
One of my favorite brands is LEI, I love the feel and fit. My daughters are so picky with jeans and how they feel that we went looking just for LEI. They have some of the cutest clothes for girls.

I just love these tops they are spaghetti straps with a attached see through cover and they compliment the jeans perfect.

These tops are so cute as they have a purse design on them to make it look like they are wearing a purse. They shirt even has a pocket for them to keep things in their “purse”.

These outfits from LEI are just absolutely gorgeous, my girls love them. The Shadow Stripe Boxy fashion top matched with the Boyfriend patchwork jeans has become my daughters favorite outfit.

Back To School: HP Envy 5540 Review and HP Instant Ink

School is back in session full time now, and one thing I have realized is most homework is based online. Even my 2nd grader is coming home with projects where he needs to do research on the computer and print pictures or assignments out. We just had a older printer and the pictures were not good quality at all, and it was really slow.

Just in the knick of time we received the new HP Envy 5540 to review. My daughter has a big family project due soon, and needs tons of pictures as well as write a summary about them.

The Hp Envy 5540 is a wireless all in one sprinter. It prints, scans, copies, and you can print from anything including tablets and phones. I wanted to test it out so I downloaded the HP MyPrintly app and the pictures came out great, looks as if they had been professional.

The Printer aso prints incredibly fast with up to 12 pages per minute for black ink and 8 pages for colored ink. HP Envy 5540 also offers double side printing and helps you save not only on ink but paper as well.

I love being able to print from anywhere inside my house, and from any device. I also love the the HP Envy 5540 has a automatic deploy output tray, whenever my printer gets a job. I don’t have to worry about pictures or documents printing and falling to the floor.

Hp is introducing a new way to save on ink, with HP Instant Ink for newer printers. You just sign up online and for as low as $2.99 a shipment you can have ink delivered to your home.

HP Instant Ink is delivered when your printer lets the home network know you are low on ink. You also get 3 months free.

I signed up for the HP Instant Ink service and within 2 weeks I received my first replacement cartridges. It was a little off to me because according to my printer I still had plenty of ink left. It saves me from having to go to the store though, or worry about if I have twenty dollars to go buy new cartridges in store.

The Mutts Diaries Comic Book Giveaway

Getting Ready For Halloween 2015 with a Steampunk Costume

Halloween is a little over a month away and my kids are so excited they are already picking out their costumes. They have picked out a Fireman, football player and a Steampunk.

New for Halloween 2015 is the Steampunk costume for girls. The costume features a dress which is different shades of brown, and is covered in velvety material on the sides and on top, extending into a high collar with a ruffled neckline. A striped panel with three buckle adornments is in the center of the torso. The reddish brown skirt has a white band along the hem with an attached black petticoat underneath. Two belts, similar to those on the top, dangle from the waistline of the dress over the skirt.
Costume also includes matching glovettes and a matching hat with goggles, to give the costume the perfect touch.

My daughter fell in love with this dress, she wanted to be a mad scientist but we couldn’t find anything girly enough and this costume is perfect. It has the scientist look but with a victorian feel and beautiful. She said she feels like the Mad Hatter, a princess and scientist all wrapped into one in this costume.

In case you are wondering what exactly a Steampunk is, it’s a genre of science fiction that typically features steam-powered machinery rather than advanced technology. It also can refer to a Victorian style era.

This costume also comes in various styles for woman in addition to the girls costume.
