The new addition to the precious girls club(closed)

The precious girls club has added a new book to their collection. It’s called Precious Girls Club Operation Kindness.  Katie Bennett and the Precious Girls Club want to cheer up the sad, lonely children who are sick, and have to stay in the hospital.

They want to use their special talents to put on a puppet show, but MR. Boxer”President of the hospital” is not really interested.   With a little bit of help from her guardian angel, a club member “Lidia” and some faith, she is able to pull through and give a great show.

I really love the Precious Girls club books, they have a great positive message. and my kids love to hear all about Katie’s adventures. Plus if you know me , you know I’m a precious moments fanatic!

I was also given a mini paws plush dog. it’s so cute and cuddly.

Go check out the Precious Girls website, where they have a fun virtual world for girls. www.preciousgirlsclub.com It’s free!

Clear Ears review

clearears

I was recently sent a pair of clear ears ear plugs to try out. these are not your ordinary ear plugs, to help you sllep, or just try to ignore someone. These are to protect your ears from water(swimmers ear). they dry out your ears after water enters them. you can use them brfore or after a shower or swimming.

  • Works fast in only 5- 10 minutes.
  • Safe for kids and adults.
  • More convenient than ear drops providing on the spot relief.
  • Earth friendly as ClearEars can be reused to help plants retain water. See package for details.
  • Alcohol free, dries and relieves pain
  • These are great they really helped the extracting of water in my ears after my shower. they are a bit uncomfortable, but it’s better then having swimmers ear.

    Piggy Paint

Having two little girls in the house. i love playing dress up and princess with them.  They sometimes ask me to paint their nails, they are so young that i’m afraid they will put their fingers in their mouths, or scratch it off.

    Piggy paint is

    non toxic

    odorless

    water based formula

    hypoallergenic

they come in fun vibrant colors

Melanie Hurley, founder of Piggy Paint. Is a stay-at-home mom with two very fancy little girls, ages 2 and 4, who love to have their fingernails painted. She always hated the thought of her kiddos putting their hands in their mouths after she painted their nails with traditional kid polishes. The ingestion of the chemicals worried her, and the smell nearly left her light-headed after painting two sets of fingernails and toenails.

she wanted to make a better solution and piggy paints was born.

we were offered the color blue, and i immediatly put it on my daughters. they were super excited. but as i suspected they immediatly started putting their hands in mouths, and trying to bite off the poliush. Thank goodness it’s chemical free. we really enjoyed this product and i would recommend it to anyone who has little princess’s.

I also recieved the nail polish remover from Piggy paint, which is also non toxic, and contains non of the harsh chemicals that would hurt your nose. piggy paint retails at $9.99 each or you can but a bundle of 3 for $26.50. the remover retails at $10.50

Just for you recieve 15% off your order. use code NOTIME15 L, hurry expires july 31. you can also recieve free shipping on oreders over $25

    Pace Picante Salsa review

i got to try out some Pace Picante salsa. the regular salsa, mild. plus the new Salsa Verde.

Pace was started by a young Texan (David Pace) who started out producing the freshest picante sauce. he went through ingredients and bottling techniques to find the perfect blend. the final product a blend of tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos, and a unique production process.

Salsa_verdeI  got to try the new Salsa Verde. It was very good, and spicy. tasted like Salsa Verde Doritos.  After it was refrigerated, it tasted a bit different.  it still had flavor, but it had a weird after taste, that i wasn’t fond of.
This salsa features tomatillos with lime, and smoked Spanish paprika.
you can find them at any grocery store, with a retail price of $3-5 dollars

sauce-and-vegThe regualr salsa, medium is what we usually buy when we are in the mood for salsa. It tastes very good, plus it’s thick and chunky, which is always a plus.

    features onions,tomatoes, and jalapenos.

    Look good and feel better!

Both my grandmothers were diagnosed with cancer, they have to go through life changing experiences, like losing one of their breasts or even both. Look good, feel better is a free, national public service program that helps women cope with the appearance-related changes of cancer treatment through workshops across the country, self-help materials, and other free information.  Look Good…Feel Better is a collaboration of the Personal Care Products Council Foundation, the American Cancer Society, Inc. and the National Cosmetology Association.

being diagnosed with cancer, can change your life completely even your looks. losing bosy parts, hair loss, and other appearance related changes from cancer treatments.

In honor of its 20th anniversary, Look Good,Feel Better is asking women cancer survivors to submit their storiesof how the program helped them cope with cancer as a way to inspire others who may currently be undergoing cancer treatment.  Entries will be featured on the Women of Hope is Beautiful blog to help educate others.  Anyone can visit the site to view entries, make comments and show their support.  In August, Look Good,Feel Better will choose five women with the most-compelling stories to receive a trip to New York City for a makeover and a trip to the DreamBall, a black-tie gala and the program’s largest annual fundraiser, held each year in New York City.

thank you to mom central for introducing me to this wonderful organization
