My Little Pony is releasing a whole new movie for their Equestria girls line. Equestria Girls Rainbow Rocks dolls and toys are now in stores, but see the movie before anyone else.

In select theaters across the US My Little Pony Equestria Girls Rainbow Rocks will be playing the weekend of September 27-28. To find a theater near you visit here.

Today is National Peanut Day

Today is National Peanut Day. It’s a special day for everyone who loves peanuts and peanut butter to break out the celery and Skippy’s singles for one good snack.

My kids love peanut butter, but can’t have it at school due to other children’s allergies. When they get home they are aways asking for a snack before homework. I give them a few choices and one of them is celery or carrots with a single peanut butter cup. Or if they didn’t get to finish their lunch a PB and J sandwich with Chocolate Peanut Butter.

The funny thing is this is a healthy snack but my kids will only eat the celery and carrots, if they have the peanut butter. They will never eat them plain or cooked or anything else.

Disney’s Planes has been a big hit with my son this year and we loved the movie Planes: Fire and Rescue, it was one of the best animated movies so far. It has finally been announced that Planes Fire and Rescue will be available for purchase and DVD just in time to be put under the tree.

After flying to the top of the box office this summer as the #1 animated movie in America three weeks in a row, “PLANES: FIRE & RESCUE” soars to spectacular new heights on Blu-ray and Digital HD, featuring wondrous high definition picture and sound, plus thrilling bonus features, including the all-new exclusive short “Vitaminamulch: Air Spectacular;” the mock-umentary promotional piece “Welcome to Piston Peak;” “CHoPs” TV Promo and “Air Attack: Firefighters From The Sky,” an exciting inside look at the making of the film featuring real-life smoke jumpers and firefighters. Big Fish Games announces Gummy Drop And A Contest Announcement

My kids love to unwind before bed and play games, but lately have been finding a lot of games difficult to get through the levels. We just downloaded Gummy Drop and my 6 year old is already o level 7. He is loving this game and finding it so easy to play, he won’t even let me help him.

My kids have really been getting into electronics lately. They love going on the internet and finding apps to play. I don’t like them getting to caught up with it though. The internet can be a dangerous place for a kid.

The two features that I would say are my absolute favorite on the InnoTab 3 Plus, the rechargeable battery pack and the camera lens.   We go through batteries like crazy with our kid friendly electronics and it gets really expensive, so not having to worry about replacing batteries all the time is a plus. The camera lens lets you take pictures as a camera. Pictures or videos from a direct angle, or you can change the lens to face you for a selfie.

Some units do not come with the rechargeable power pack, and is sold separately.

    iHop is rolling out new food every couple weeks. This time I got to try out the new World Scrambles. a satisfying choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner, is made to order and perfectly paired with golden hash browns and your choice of a warm flour tortilla, toast, or two of IHOP restaurant’s classic buttermilk pancakes.

    I do not really like eggs. I have to add cheese, ham and other foods to them, before I can actually eat them. The new World Scrambles are so delicious, as there is so much flavor added to the eggs.

    New World Scrambles varieties include:

    • All American Bacon Scramble-Fluffy scrambled eggs topped with diced fresh tomatoes, crispy hickory-smoked bacon and shaved white cheddar cheese.
    • Tuscan Scramble– Eggs scrambled with sweet basil, roasted red peppers, finished with shaved Parmesan cheese, diced tomatoes, and topped with delicious fresh spinach.
    • Californian Scramble– Jack & cheddar cheeses melted into fluffy scrambled eggs topped with our salsa & fresh avocado.

    I had the Californian Scramble and I couldn’t believe how good it was.   Cheese melted into the eggs and covered with  salsa. I was really surprised at how much salsa was on top of the eggs, but it gave it just the right flavor. It also was topped with Avocado, but I asked for it on the side.
