*** I absolutely love their Limoncello line, and have tried so much from it. My husband thinks I am a bit crazy for it, but it is so good. I have tried the lemonade, ice cream sandwiches, cookies, lemon covered almonds, and even lemon flavored canoli.

I think my favorite was the canoli, it didn’t have any dairy in it, so my husband and son could eat it too. It was a great addition to our breakfast.

My first child was born and I wanted to do everything right, I tried breastfeeding and didn’t want to give up. In exchange for not wanting to give up my daughter didn’t eat for a few days. I was told I was doing it right but in fact I wasn’t and when they took her in for more testing they realized her belli rubin was off the charts, and they were worried about her.
Putting her under lights and not being able to see her. As it went down things had looked up, thanks to the wonderful doctors. She wasn’t out of the clear though we had to rent a belli machine and keep her under for 2 weeks. She hated it, but whatever kept her healthy.

Thanks to the Children’s Miracle Network everything was covered for us and we had great training on how to use the machine and take care of our daughter.

Walmart and Pampers have teamed up to donate $200,000 in the month of June.

Stop and Shop Now Has a Magazine

One of my favorite grocery stores is Stop and Shop, they nay have locations in the NorthEast. They have the best deals and a very easy to navigate store and help me stay on budget.

Stop and Shop has just introduced their first magazine Savory Fast, Fresh and Easy in print and digital form. The magazine is free to card loyalty members and will be released 4 times this year.
The first issue will feature full color photos of summer grilling favorites and recipes. Regular inspirational features will include budget friendly meals, recipes to cook once and eat twice, new twists on flashback favorites, questions and answers with a nutritionist and a “Take 5” feature which offers five ingredients for a fast meal.

The launch of Savory Fast, Fresh and Easy is part of Stop & Shop’s unwavering commitment to putting the customer first and inspire them to prepare nutritious and delicious meals while saving time and money,” said Arlene Putterman, Manager of Public and Community Relations, Stop & Shop New York Metro Division. “We understand many of our customers struggle to fit fresh, healthy meals into their families’ busy schedule and hope this new digital content platform will help make their lives better and easier.”

Shopkins Season 3 Is Finally Here

Shopkins are finally available in store, well at Toys R Us at least for now. Moose Toys has released a limited amount of packs to Toys R Us locations nationwide.
Not all Shopkins are available yet, I have yet to see a few Shopkins in each category like Mixie and Maxie, or Cherie Tomato.

A few people on the west coast have found the season 3 plays sets, but when asking a Target employee he said they are not suppose to be out yet. So not really sure what is going on with that. Everything is suppose to be out in August, and I am hoping that is true.
The crowds and craziness have been a bit to overwhelming for me. People have been lining up at stores at 7 am, and of course there are the people that sell on ebay for ridiculous prices.
For me it’s all about the kids, and my kids absolutely Love Shopkins. Moose Toys sent us a few packs to open, and the kids were zoo excited.

Jurrasic World will be hitting theaters on June 12, I have one dinosaur fan who just can’t wait. While we are waiting, I decided to take him to the store to see all the new dinosaur toys that were coming out. He got so excited as there are so many new ones coming out, but it seems most of the toys are focused around Velociraptors.

We were so excited to find to that one of Hasbro’s new Jurassic World toys was going to be sent to us along with some books from the movie.

There is a new sports drink that just hit shelves.

BODYARMOR is a natural sports drink with more potassium packed electrolytes, vitamins and coconut water. It is low in sodium and contains NOTHING ARTIFICIAL – unlike other sports drinks on the market. It’s a GREAT choice for young athletes especially, who don’t need all the extra sodium in their diets or the artificial ingredients that come from drinking other sports drinks on the market.

They have 7 different varieties including mixed berry, lemon-lime, strawberry banana, fruit punch, grape, tropical punch, and orange mango.

We received a six pack and my kids all got to pick out their favorite flavors.

I try and send my kids to school everyday with water or a sports drink. Not only are they playing outside in the NY heat at school, there is no AC in the buildings, so I want to make sure they stay hydrated. My kids tried BODYARMOR and loved them, they said you can even taste the coconut water in them.
These are such a great option for drinks for the kids.

The Briefcase Premieres On CBS May 27

The Briefcase will premiere this week May 27, 2015. The Briefcase, features hard-working American families experiencing financial setbacks and are presented with a briefcase containing a large sum of money and a potentially life-altering decision: they can keep all of the money for themselves, or give all or part of it to another family in need.

Each week, two families have 72 hours to learn details about each other’s challenging circumstances and make the weighty decision of what to do with $101,000. However, what they don’t know is that the family with whom they are considering sharing this financial windfall received an identical briefcase with the same instructions. Throughout their journeys, relationships within both families will be tested and beliefs questioned as they find out what really matters most in their lives, and how much importance they place on values such as love, generosity, compassion and faith.

I love the idea of this show and was in tears at the thought of families being so generous. We have always struggled financially, with my husband being in school the last 9 years and having 3 kids. If I were to be on the show, it would be a struggle but of course I would donate the half the money to another family. After all when you help others, you are helping yourself.
