Upgrade Wth Intel And Win A Laptop

Disclosure: Post sponsored by Lunchbox but all opinions are my own.

With the holidays quickly approaching, everyone is looking for the perfect gift. One of the best gifts I’ve ever received was a new laptop, it was my first and a Dell Inspiron. It helped me finally be able to juggle my business and my hoe life. I could just bring my computer in the living room where the kids were playing.

Dell Inspiron laptops feature:
15.6″ LED-backlit touchscreen with HD resolution
720p webcam
3-in-1 memory card reader
Bluetooth 4.0
1 x USB 3.0 ports, 2 x USB 2.0 ports, 1 x HDMI port, 1 x headphone/microphone jack, 1 x RJ-45 Ethernet port
4-cell battery for up to 6 h 33 min battery life

The Dell Inspiron is so affordable and reliable. When I received mine it was under $300 at Walmart and worth every penny.

Right now you can win one of you very own and Upgrade with Intel.

Baskin-Robbins Celebrates Veterans Day

Disclosure: This is a compensated post for Baskin Robins and Blog Meets Brand. All opinions are 100% my own.

Baskin-Robbins is celebrating Veterans Day by donating 11 cents from every ice cream scoop sold at US locations on Veterans Day to the USO in honor of service members, veterans and their family members.

Throughout the month of November you can celebrate veterans by getting a delicious camo waffle cone or bowl, with your favorite ice cream or a seasonal favorite like pumpkin cheesecake. The camp waffle cones are decorated and baked with green, brown and tan.

Want a special treat? Go for the camouflage layered sundae, which includes oreo cookie pieces, Carmel praline topping, hot fudge and topped with whipped cream. The First Class Camouflage inspired ice cream consists of chocolate, salty caramel, and cake flavored ice creams. The whole line is a great way to celebrate veterans and celebrate veterans.

I ams o excited that Baskin-Robbins is partnering with the USO and having a fun themed waffle cone and ice cream. My husband is a veteran and I know it means a lot to help those families still serving. We will definitely be at Baskin-Robbins on Veterans Day.

My First Hockey Game

We went to my first hockey game ever. Well it the kids and I first hockey game, my husband has been to plenty. It was for the Bridgeport Sound Tigers here in Connecticut.

The reason we decided to go was my daughter and school singing club were singing the national anthem. They did a great job and the game was very interesting.

The stadium was fairly empty and so my husband said lets sit a little closer. I did and was covering my eyes constantly. How can people watch other people get slammed into the wall like that. It didn’t bother me seeing it on TV, or even from a far distance. When I moved up close it just made me cringe, but I guess most hockey players are use to it. Here are some pics from the game.

Don’t forget to check out the school singing at the top of the page.

A Pizza For One With Hormel #HormelFamily

Disclosure: I’ve partnered with Hormel Foods as part of the Hormel Foods Extended Family Blogger Program. Throughout the year I’ll be receiving product, coupons, giveaways and promotions. However, no payment was given or expected for posting about the program, and as always, all opinions given here are fully my own.

I love Pizza, who doesn’t? I often find that pizza places can be to expensive and even buying frozen t the store can be costly. Plus I like my pizza fresh and not super greasy.

My mom would make French Bread pizza when I was younger and I just took the idea and ran with it.

All you really need for you pizza for one is
Sub Rolls
Pizza sauce (any will do)
Mozzarella Cheese
Hormel Pepperoni
and other topping you would like.

DSCN2200

Just cut the sub roll so it’s spread open.
Add Pizza Sauce, spread on inside of roll
Cover with your mozzarella cheese
Add your Hormel Pepperoni and other toppings

Your oven should be set at 400 and bake for 10 minutes.

DSCN2201

I love the pizza sub actually more than a slice of pizza. It comes out super crispy and delicious. You can choose to fold it over and have it like a pizza sandwich or just as is.

Have you ever tried a pizza sub or french bread pizza?
